Ingredients: bio-corn flour, mountain butter ( farms Lussiana-Gaveno), sugar, buckwheat flour, dark chocolate, fresh milk, lemon zest, salt.

All the flours we use come from the Mulino Sobrino – La Morra (CN).

The Paste di meliga with the buckwheat are prepared of the ingredients that don’t contain gluten but are made in our laboratory where we utilize also the triticum wheat flour.
