Nettle from the Susa Valley, rich of folic acid and iron, combined with the honey makes of this gelatin a purifying product, useful also in the case of anemia, arthritis and cystitis.
Put a small spoon of it into a cup of hot water and you will have a perfect infusion, or taste it in combination with the cheeses.
