The section Food is created with the products of our fields and other parts of territory.
We produce the “Paste di Meliga“ – tipical Piedmont biscuits – following the Saint Ambrose’s ancient recipe and utilizing the prime quality ingredients, flours of ancient variations, butter from the mountain farmers, without adding eggs and yeast.
For the jams and creams we use artisanal methods and attentions combined with the modern systems of control, to underline the taste and the softness of the fruit.
